Have had only phenomenally good experiences in this bike shop. Pete and his mechanics are incredibly warm and caring, and the shop has a very friendly and non-judgemental atmosphere. I bought a shiny new bike from them and they transferred all the decent bits from my old bike over and had me ready to go the next day! Highly highly recommended.
